1: Time shows on monitor, but no video display, the screen is pure black.
The possible reason are:
(2) Check the display settings, whether the switch to turn off the preview.
2: After inserting the SD card, do not record
The possible reason:
Please confirm whether the inserted SD card is damaged, make sure the SD card has been format on device; insert SD Card into DVR again and reboot device
3:The Video on monitor be frozen
Possible reasons:
DVR interference by external signal seriously, system error, please reboot the device
4: DVR working normally,suddenly stop recording and back to preview
The possible reason:
(1) Check the SD card if it is broken;
(2) Check the DVR's power is reliable connection, if long time powered sluggish situation,will stop recording to protect DVR,
5: Recording file can not replay on computer
Possible reasons: Please confirm if using Richmor Replay Software
6: Video are not fluent when replay on computer
Richmor Suggest you using C10 SD Card for better effect
7: The video file time was significantly shorter.
Due to SD Card Loop Recording too many fragments caused, so please format the SD Card again
